Order Processing



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.



Delivery Times



Delivery times are estimates and typically range between 14–30 business days depending on location. Please note that delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.


We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.



Shipping Costs



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.



Incorrect Address



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.



Lost or Delayed Parcels



If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier. Claims for lost items must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.



Damaged Items



If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue.
