We offer a 14-day return policy in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund (change of mind).
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel your order.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Non-returnable items (where allowed by law):
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Sealed hygiene products once opened
- Digital downloads
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without first contacting us may result in evidence being submitted to the payment provider.
